Effective July 1st, 2006, the section of RCW 42.17 known as the “Public Records Act” has been rectified as RCW 42.56. For more information on the subject, please check out the websites below.To receive a copy of a King County Fire District 34 public record, a Public Records Request must be submitted to the District. Once your request is received the District will respond within 5 business days, per Washington State Public Disclosure law.
